Benoit is President of Cofinance France and Executive Vice-President of Cofinance US. He implements the development strategy for the French and American subsidiaries. He joined the Group in 2015 as Vice President.

Previously, Benoit was COO of Generali Real Estate. He was also CFO of Grosvenor Continental Europe and a director of Sonae Sierra. Benoit is a graduate of IEP Paris, ESSEC and Wharton.

Emmanuel serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer of Cofinance Group.

He joined the company in 2016 as the Financial Director of its French subsidiary.

Prior to this, he held the position of Head of Corporate Operations at Generali Real Estate from 2012, following seven years as a Portfolio Manager at Grosvenor.

Thomas joined Cofinance as Director of Asset Management in 2021.

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Thomas spent nearly 15 years as Asset Manager with Foncière de Paris, Eurosic and then Gecina.

Arnaud joined Cofinance as Investment Director France in 2022.

Previously, he was in charge of investments for Norbert Dentressangle’s family office as well as for hedge funds (AltaFund and Oaktree).

Guilhem joined Cofinance in 2022 and currently holds the position of Investment Manager.

A graduate of ESSEC Business School (Grande École Program and MS Real Estate Management), Guilhem has held positions at Caryatid Asset Management, where he supervised acquisitions and arbitrages for a diversified portfolio of assets, and at Shift In, as a real estate strategy consultant and project management assistant.

Côme joined Cofinance in 2017 and now holds the position of Head of Financial Planning and Analysis.

After graduating with a Master II from EDHEC, Côme began his career with an international audit firm.

Maïlys joined Cofinance as Asset Manager in 2022.

Previously, she was in charge of asset portfolios for institutional funds.

Emilie joined Cofinance as Office Manager in 2019 after a decade in the finance sector.

Alexandre joined Cofinance Group in 2017 and currently oversees the operations of the US office in New York. His primary focus is on investments, capital markets and strategic portfolio growth. Prior to Cofinance, Alexandre spent 6 years in real estate brokerage at Brown Harris Stevens. Alexandre holds an MS from New York University and a BA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Bob Deagan, a CPA from Quinnipiac University, oversees Cofinance US’s accounting, budgeting and strategic initiatives.

Bob brings a strong skill set to the company, with experience in the financial management of various portfolio companies at a major New York private equity firm and honed expertise in financial controls and analysis at Deloitte’s audit practice.

Dylan Shaban joined the Cofinance Group in 2023. Dylan manages Cofinance’s US portfolio and also works to identify new markets for the company. Dylan previously worked for private equity firm Galium Capital, where he gained $500 million in transactional experience and a portfolio of 1,400 apartments and over 625,000 Sq. Ft. of retail and office space. Dylan holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from New York University, with studies in urban design and architecture.

Rory Josell joined Cofinance Group’s acquisitions team in 2024. She holds a master’s degree in real estate finance from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business. Rory brings experience from her family’s real estate development business, where she helped acquire, develop and manage over $45 million in assets.

Ingénieur des Mines and Chairman and Founder of Cofinance Group, Jean-Claude is currently Chairman of the group’s Luxembourg holding company, and in this capacity validates the development strategy of the French and American subsidiaries.

A director of Cofinance since 2017, François has extensive management experience and is a member of the Compensation and Appointments Committee. A former Managing Director of Cap Gemini France and then the Steria group, François Mazon was sworn in as a lawyer at the age of 50. Francois is an engineer from the Ecole Centrale de Paris, a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) and holds a Master 1 in private law and criminal sciences from the University of Aix-en-Provence.

Pascal has been a Director of Cofinance since September 2017 and is a member of the Audit Committee.
He spent most of his career with the audit and consulting firm PwC in Luxembourg, where he became a partner in 1992. He was a member of PwC Luxembourg’s Executive Committee in charge of Audit. Pascal is a graduate of ESCP Europe and is a qualified chartered accountant in France and Luxembourg.

Sébastien Hyest has been a Director of Cofinance and a member of the Investment Committee since 2023.

Sébastien has spent a large part of his career, in France and abroad, with the Grosvenor group, an international private real estate company, where he held the role of CFO and executive member of the Board of Directors for the European business.

Sébastien holds a DESS in Finance from the Sorbonne.

Vincent Gleyze is a Director of Cofinance. Vincent has been a member of the Family Council since its creation in 2005, and Vice-Chairman for the past year. After 8 years with S.G. Warburg as a Treasury Specialist, Vincent founded Rivoli Fund Management (RFM), a portfolio management company specializing in quantitative management, in 1995. With 600 million assets under management in 6 funds, RFM employed 17 people. Vincent is now an independent consultant for the Laplace Group. Vincent is a graduate of ESTACA.

Gabrielle Rolland is President of the consulting firm Blue Change.

She joined the Family Council and Board of Directors of Cofinance Groupe in 2014.

A graduate in social psychology, she was a partner at Ernst & Young, then Communications Director at Cap Gemini France before setting up her own structure.
