Cofinance SAS acquired in 2019 through off-plan sale agreement (VEFA) with the real estate developer Nexity, its futur headquarters offices.

The building of more than 143 000 SF  of surface and 370 parking places pre-leased at 66% and will be delivered in the beginning of 2022.
