2004Acquisition and redevelopment of a commercial site in Laval-Saint Berthevin

2006Opening of the Newburgh Mall in New York State

2010Launch of the restructuring project of the Hôtel des Cures Marines in Trouville-sur-Mer

2014Acquisition and redevelopment of the Cité Toulouse Lautrec, a residential complex in Montmartre, Paris
