Cofinance specializes in creating value across all types of real estate assets (hospitality, office, retail, residential, and industrial). We invest alongside our partners, building lasting relationships by aligning our interests and goals; providing expertise in acquisitions, financial structuring and accounting, and asset and portfolio management to drive capital and wealth creation.
