Chief Operating Officer.
Cofinance SAS was founded by Jean Claude
Pick over 35 years ago. Cofinance SAS
and its affiliates (“Cofinance Group”)
are investors and operators of
commercial real estate, including

developing projects for its own account
and also via partnerships with
co-investors.
“Cofinance has a competitive advantage
of controlling solid assets with good
returns and recurrent cash flows that
allow new redevelopment strategies to be
launched in France and abroad”, said Serge Khavessian, who was formerly

“Given its
structure and typical entrepreneurial
model, Cofinance is undoubtedly in the
best possible position to boost its
investment activities and reach in the
near future to the level of the major
institutional investors.”
In all of its projects, Cofinance
performs significant analysis and due
diligence to ensure a well-conceived
development, from setting up the
project, managing its design,
construction, leasing and asset
management.
“With large capacities of equity and the
support and confidence of our financial
partners, we are determined to seize the
best opportunities on the market in
accordance with our criteria of
selection with a real interest to build
co-investment or club deal strategic
alliances.”

the International Law Firm of Gide
Loyrette Nouel in Paris, France. He then
joined Disney where he occupied various
