The investment strategy of Cofinance Group
SA’s subsidiaries is to target assets that
satisfy their
Investment Criteria and are well located in primary
and secondary markets. It primarily pursues
equity investment as a general partner in
single-asset, value-add opportunities within
certain
property classes.
Other investment opportunities that may
be considered include:
(1) mezzanine debt structures
(2) developmental property
(3) co-sponsor structures
