Core Markets: 
Paris and the north of France. Notwithstanding, Cofinance will consider investments outside its core markets if the investment meets its return criteria and is of sufficient size to create management efficiency.
Circumstance: 
“Value-add”, we can accommodate a quick closing for time-sensitive opportunities.
Hold Period:
5 to 10 years
Returns: 
12+% cash-on-cash returns with moderate leverage assumptions upon stabilization
