Cofinance SAS, a French corporation, is an investor, developer and operator of commercial real estate in France. Jean Claude Pick, the current President of Cofinance SAS, acquired the company in 1982, merging it with a real estate investment business he founded in 1973.

Cofinance SAS’s initial strategy was focused on the development of commercial retail projects for its own account via acquiring land, securing entitlements and completing the construction and lease-up of the project. Today, Cofinance SAS’s business platform has grown into a broader investment strategy balancing its development activity with the acquisition of distressed and value-add commercial real estate opportunities.
