acquire well-located real estate projects in
early stages of development, work to resolve
issues relating to entitlements, site
construction, financing and/or sponsorship,
and then complete the project. Cofinance Inc.’s business, based on set

criteria, has now evolved into a more
broadly-based entrepreneurial real estate
investment platform focused on identifying
and acquiring well-located properties that
are affected by non-real estate factors and
complex situations, define a focused plan to
resolve such factors and situations, execute

and his development and implementation of
comprehensive business plans and operating
strategies. Mr. Maurer, in addition to his
position with Cofinance Inc., is also a
principal in all investments in which
